Booking Information

Hi there! Thank you so much for your interest in my work. I’m currently working at Hideout Tattoo, a private studio in Downtown Las Vegas. I’ve outlined all of the information regarding bookings and my work process below, but if you have any more questions, please feel free to reach out, and someone from my team will get back to you asap! Thank you so much for this opportunity to work with you!

In an effort to push myself in a specific artistic direction, I typically only take on projects I know I’m a good fit for. However, I love variety when it comes to subject matter and placements!

Projects I love doing: botanicals, occult, ornamentals, neoasian, insects, micro realism, and traditional Japanese. Even if your idea is not on that list, I’d still love to hear it!

As much as I love tattooing dragons and Medusa, I’ve had a lot of requests for these tattoos this year, and will be limiting these for the next few months. That doesn’t mean I will deny your request, but I will be more inclined to accept it if its part of a unique idea or in a unique placement.

Projects I will not be doing: finger tattoos (top of the hand is okay!) , feet tattoos, touching up other artist’s projects, full color pieces, or Polynesian/tribal.

If you’re not sure what you want please do not write “open to anything” or anything along those lines! If you’re unsure of what you want, please make a list of things you like and dislike and send me some references of the style you’re going for. Often times, the things I want to do, are totally different from what the things you often see on my page. Tattoos and art are subjective, and I don’t like to choose my client’s tattoos, however I do like creative freedom when it comes to drawing the design.

With this being said, please do not say “I want you to have creative freedom” if you do have specifics in mind. It’s okay to want something specific for your design, just please let me know in your initial email. It can be frustrating when a client tells me all of their ideas AFTER I already drew their design.

I will consider taking cover ups, but I will not finish or rework another artist’s work. However, every case is different! I may recommend doing a few laser removal sessions first if your tattoo is too big or dark.

Deposits are required to book, and are priced depending on the total price of your tattoo. They are non refundable and non transferable. Deposits go towards the total price of the tattoo. I require a 1 week notice for all reschedules to keep your deposit. Your deposit is good for up to 8 weeks from your initial appointment date. No call no shows will be black listed and you will not be able to book with me in the future.

Please buy travel insurance just in case of emergencies. I rarely cancel/reschedule my appointments, however its always better to be safe than sorry. I also ask that if you are visiting from out of town, I would recommend having your appointment near the end of your trip so you don’t have to worry about a fresh tattoo during your vacation.

For larger projects, I do offer back to back full day sessions, however, it is unrealistic to expect projects like full back pieces or sleeves to be finished in two days.

If you cannot make it to Vegas to get tattooed, I love to do guest spots, however I only tattoo for 2-3 days at a time. My guest spot rates are around 30% higher than my normal rates, to offset travel costs.

2024 GUEST SPOT DATES:

San Francisco • February 3-6

Oahu • February 28- March 5

Salt Lake City • March 29-31

Portland • TBD

To request your city, please click the book guest spot button below!

I charge per piece, not hourly. I feel like this works for both me and my client because it gives them a clear idea of the price beforehand, and allows me to work comfortably without worrying about the time. My pricing is based off of size, detail, and placement. For an accurate quote, please send an inquiry when my books are open.

I am appointment only, and open my books every 3 months. If you’d like to subscribe to my emailing list to get last minute updates on available appointments, please click here to subscribe. Ongoing projects, and flash designs always have priority for these openings.

All of my work is custom. I do not sell any of my designs, other than the zodiac snakes on my website. Out of respect for me and my clients, please do not copy my designs. I am always willing to make another version for you!

I draw everyone’s designs the day before their appointment (after confirming with them). This gives me enough time to finish everyone’s designs and prevents me from wasting my time if someone cancels or reschedules. Designs will be shown the day of, and small changes can be made then.

Smaller things that can be easily changed or added will not be an issue. However I do charge extra if I have to completely redraw the design. I ask for as much information as possible during the initial email consultation to avoid this from happening. But if someone decides last minute to add something they didn’t originally tell me about, I will charge a design fee since I have to draw a whole new design. Depending on the size of the design, a reschedule may be needed as well.

  1. After reading the information above, please click the book now button bellow and fill out my form. Please be detailed yet concise with your idea descriptions. Due to the amount of inquiries we get, my team and I pick out the ideas I’d like to do and then contact each person for more information. If you’d like to know what to include in your email, or see a good example, please click here!

  2. If we accept your inquiry, my assistant will contact you about booking. Appointments are booked first come first serve, after a deposit is made.

  3. The week leading up to your tattoo, I recommend putting lotion on the area you will be getting tattooed every day. Also avoid any excessive sun exposure, and stop any blood thinners or alcohol 24 hours before your appointment.

  4. A confirmation will be sent two days before your appointment. After you confirm, I will start on your design. This gives me enough time for everyone’s designs, and prevents me from wasting my time if someone cancels/reschedules. If you’d like to change your original idea or any details, please let me know ahead of time.

  5. The day of your tattoo:
    - please shower and shave
    - Eat and drink plenty of water before your appointment
    - Bring snacks if you have a large session
    - wear clothing that won’t interfere with the tattoo & that you don’t mind getting stained with ink/stencil. Clothing that can be partially removed such as bathing suits, tube tops, button ups, and dresses work well.
    - No numbing cream should be applied before your tattoo. It interferes with the process and healing.
    - Please show up no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. If you’re late more than 15 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.

  6. The tattoo process does not end the moment you leave the studio. The healing process is just as important as the application. Different artists have different aftercare instructions catered to their styles of tattooing. Do not listen to friends and family or the internet for aftercare advise. Touch ups are free within a year, however I do charge if it is due to negligence or improper aftercare (We can tell! LOL).

After your tattoo is fully healed, please wear sunscreen before getting any sun exposure! Happy skin = happy tattoo. And please send me healed photos! ♡
